It is the time of fear.<\/strong> Fear of what was, fear of what will be, fear of loneliness, and fear of the crowd. Fear of dying and fear of living. Fear to love, fear to be abandoned, fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of suffering, fear of ending up hating this city.\u00a0It is commonly said that fear paralyses, although sometimes it helps one to escape and start from scratch. At a time when fear prevented me from resuming my life in another city, without purposing it, Florence<\/strong> became my shelter<\/a>. Since then, I live anchored to a suitcase, to drama, and to Florence<\/strong> too. Roaming is my way of life.<\/p>\n

I am a person in transit who has always lived life intensively. A life that goes by, however, in a perpetual ‘flight mode’<\/a>, despite my fear of flying. Like Sylvia Plath, I live isolated and protected in a particular and fragile bell jar<\/a>, and the ground under my feet is both steady but also ethereal. My relationships drift and fade away; hence the naive ones have ceased to exist. I’m doomed to experience some fleeting sexual encounters only. My life is torn between a perpetual first date and some sporadic ONS (one stand nights). It is the price of being a digital nomad.<\/p>\n

Anclado a Florencia<\/h2>\n

Es el tiempo del miedo.<\/strong> Miedo a lo que fue, miedo a lo que ser\u00e1, miedo a la soledad y miedo a la multitud. Miedo a morir y miedo a vivir.\u00a0MIEDO a amar, miedo a ser abandonado, miedo al rechazo, miedo a fracasar, miedo a sufrir, miedo a terminar odiando esta ciudad.\u00a0Dicen que el miedo paraliza, pero a veces te impulsa a escapar y empezar de cero. Florencia<\/strong><\/a> se convirti\u00f3 en mi refugio sin planearlo cuando el miedo me imped\u00eda reanudar mi vida en otra ciudad. Desde entonces, vivo anclado a una maleta, al drama y tambi\u00e9n a Florencia<\/strong><\/a>. La itinerancia es mi destino (final).<\/p>\n

Soy una persona en tr\u00e1nsito que siempre ha vivido la vida con intensidad. Una vida que transcurre, sin embargo, en un perpetuo \u00abmodo avi\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong><\/a>, a pesar de mi miedo a volar.
